Faca visits the TERSA plant to deepen its understanding of circular economy and corporate sustainability.

At Faca, as manufacturers of high-end cosmetic packaging, we are firmly committed to sustainability and to integrating circular economy principles into every stage of our production process. That’s why this week we took part in the event “Sustainability in Business. How to Make a Real Impact by 2025,” organized by Innobaix and hosted by TERSÁ Group at their facilities.

The event featured strategies and best practices for moving towards a more sustainable business model, with a focus on circular economy, innovation, and the promotion of renewable energy.

One of the highlights of the day was the visit to TERSÁ’s Energy Recovery Plant.

There, we had the opportunity to see first-hand how a portion of urban waste is transformed into useful energy for the city. This experience allowed us to reflect on the life cycle of materials and their potential beyond first use — a key concept in the packaging sector as well.

At Faca, we continue to develop solutions that incorporate ecodesign, responsible use of materials, and refill systems, with the aim of reducing the environmental footprint of cosmetic packaging. Initiatives like this inspire us and strengthen our forward-looking vision based on innovation and environmental responsibility.

Many thanks to TERSÁ Group, Innobaix, and all participants for an insightful and engaging day. Let’s keep moving forward together towards a more circular future.
