At Faca, we have spent more than 50 years writing that second half of the story alongside the brands that trust us.
A co-development model
Every project begins with a conversation. We sit down with the brand’s team to understand the formula, the audience it speaks to and the experience it wants to convey. From there, we look at the ideal model, jar or dispenser that gives it form. We bring technical judgement, cleanroom production and ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certifications. The brand brings its vision. The result is packaging tailored to the formula.
Refillable PET systems
We work with refillable PET systems designed to accompany the formula throughout its useful life. The body stays; the refill builds loyalty. It is a concrete way to extend the use of the packaging and to offer consumers an experience consistent with what they now ask of beauty brands.
Local manufacturing
We produce in Barcelona. Manufacturing close by means shorter supply chains, direct control over quality and an agile response to each iteration of the project. Proximity is value.
Ready for the PPWR
The Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR) sets the direction for the sector from 2026 onwards. We design with recyclability in mind, so that your formula reaches the market in packaging aligned with the European regulatory framework.
